We only collect what we need to cook for you, get your food to you and bill you. We never sell it.

What we collect

  • When you order or ask for a trial day: your name, email, phone number, postal code and, for delivery, your address and delivery notes. Your plan, start date and preferred delivery window. Any allergies and notes you give us, and your goal if you choose one. A trainer code, if you use one.
  • When you use the plan finder: if you choose to share your sex, age, height, weight and training, we use them in your browser to estimate your calories and protein. We keep only the short estimate with your order, not the measurements.
  • When you send a Manage my plan request: your email, the request and any details you give us.
  • When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
  • Marketing: we only send you news and offers by email or text if you tick the box or sign up for our newsletter, and every message lets you unsubscribe.
  • When you visit: our server keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site from abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To cook your food, keep allergens out of it, deliver it, contact you about your orders, and bill you. Your allergy information is used only for that.

Who else sees it

  • Stripe processes payments and keeps a record of your order details with your payment.
  • Our email provider carries order confirmations between you and us.
  • Our website host runs the site and stores order records.
  • Your trainer, if you used their code, hears that you signed up, so we can pay them their commission. We do not share your allergies or address with them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as you are a customer, and then as long as we need them for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete anything we do not need to keep.
